Ben was a chemistry undergraduate who joined us as a part II student from Hertford College. He was jointly supervised with Andy Baldwin combining the use of NMR and MS for studying the glycation of sHSPs, for which he was one of three students to receive a Thesis Prize from the Department. After his part II he left Oxford to study medicine.
